Be a dues paying member and a registered Scout or Scouter.
Work a total of forty hours at either Camp Fellheimer or Camp Loud
Thunder. A person can also spend twenty hours at one camp and
twenty hours at the other. Services rendered during Conclaves can be
used for a minimum of five hours per conclave. The hours may change
depending on actual time of projects at conclaves.
All work projects must be authorized by the O.A. Service committee or
Camp Ranger.
All work must be completed within one calender year, January I
to December 31.
General Information
- All service hours must be signed off by the Camp Ranger or a member
of the O.A. Service Committee.
- All hours must be recorded on the given requirement card.
- Service hours cannot be earned as a member of the staff of any
Council or District activity or while in the employment of the Illowa
Council as a member of camp staff.
- All projects must be direct physical improvement to the Council's
Camps.
- The first award will be issued by the lodge. Any additional awards
earned, can be purchased from the lodge in which you will receive a
complementary rocker.
